This section defines the rules and conditions that must be met in order to request and receive a withdrawal from Funded Ocean. All traders must strictly comply with these requirements to remain eligible for payouts.

🏁 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To be eligible for a withdrawal request, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The account must complete the minimum required Winning Days
• The account must be in profit
• The account must have zero rule violations
• All trading activity must fully comply with Funded Ocean rules and guidelines

Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in withdrawal ineligibility until corrected.

🏆 Winning Days Requirement by Account Type

Winning Day requirements differ based on the account type:

Account Type	Minimum Winning Days	Minimum Profit Threshold
One Step Walker Funded	3 Winning Days	No minimum threshold
Two Step Crawler Funded	3 Winning Days (5 if purchased before 20 Aug 2026)	No minimum threshold
Instant Standard	5 Winning Days	No minimum threshold (no profit target)

⚠️ Instant Standard Funded Account traders must meet the 5 Winning Days requirement and the consistency rule before a withdrawal request is eligible. There is no profit target: the reward is based on the profit above the initial account size.
• Consistency rule: no single UTC trading day may account for more than 20% of the total profit (15% on $300,000 and $400,000 accounts), measured on closed trades since the last approved or paid withdrawal. If one day is above the limit, the withdrawal is delayed until you keep trading and no single day is above it. It never fails the account.
• Reward cap: on Instant Standard accounts of $200,000 or more, the first two rewards are capped at $10,000 each. From the third reward on, there is no cap.

A Winning Day is defined as a trading day in which the trader generates a profit of at least 0.5% of the Initial Balance, measured on an equity basis within a single trading day.

📅 Minimum Trading Days Requirement

• Minimum required trading days (Funded Stage): 3 days for One Step Walker and Two Step Crawler (5 for Two Step Crawler accounts purchased before 20 August 2026); 5 days for Instant Standard
• Trading days must be on separate calendar days
• Trading days are calculated based on UTC reset time
• Days without trading activity do not count

This requirement ensures consistency and prevents short-term or high-risk trading solely for withdrawal purposes.

🛑 Trading Activity After Withdrawal Request

Once a withdrawal request is submitted:
• All open trades must be closed immediately
• No new trades are allowed after the withdrawal is applied
• Any trading activity after a withdrawal request may result in withdrawal cancellation or account action

This rule ensures accurate profit calculation and fair withdrawal processing.

📆 Withdrawal Schedule & Processing Time

• One Step Walker and Two Step Crawler: every 14 days (see the waiting period below)
• Instant Standard and BNPL: on demand, once the eligibility conditions are met
• Only one withdrawal request can be open (pending) at a time
• Minimum withdrawal: $100 (the amount you receive), paid in crypto (USDT BEP-20)
• Reward split: 85% on One Step Walker, Two Step Crawler and BNPL, 80% on Instant Standard, 90% with the split add-on
• Approved rewards are processed within 24 business hours

💳 Full Fee Return Policy

• The full account fee is refunded with the first successful withdrawal
• Fee refund applies only if all rules are respected and no violations are found
• Fee refunds are processed together with the withdrawal payout
• If a withdrawal is rejected due to violations, the fee refund is void
• Please note that the challenge fee is NOT refundable on Instant Standard Funded Accounts

🔄 Account Reset After Withdrawal

• After every successful withdrawal, the account is reset
• Balance and equity are reset according to Funded Ocean reset policy
• All trading rules continue to apply after the reset
• A new trading cycle begins after each withdrawal

🚫 Zero Violation Policy

Withdrawals are approved only if the account has no rule violations.

Major Violations (Most Common Causes of Rejection):
• Floating loss above 1.5% per open ticket (MANUAL-REVIEW)
• Trades closed in under 2 minutes (tick-scalping flag, MANUAL-REVIEW)
• Breaching Maximum Loss / Maximum Drawdown limits

Other Violations Include:

• Reverse arbitrage
• Latency trading
• Martingale or grid strategies
• Abusive EA or auto-trading behavior
• Hedging between accounts
• Account sharing or unauthorized copy trading
• Exploiting technical or pricing errors
• Hyperactive or robotic trading behavior
• Gambling or strategy-less trading

Any violation at any point automatically voids withdrawal eligibility.

🌙 Overnight & Weekend Holding

Overnight and weekend holding are allowed on every program. A trade held across the UTC day boundary or over the weekend is never a violation: it does not block the payout pre-check, flag a withdrawal or fail the account, and no add-on is needed.

📉 Floating Loss (1.5%)

Per open ticket (trade), unrealized floating loss must not exceed 1.5% of Account Size on funded / funded-stage accounts.
• Recorded in the backend
• Contributes to withdrawal MANUAL-REVIEW (not automatic hard rejection on the spot)
• Pre-check does not block submit for floating loss alone
• Explained in FAQs only — not a Pricing objectives row

⏱ Waiting Period (14 Days, 7-Day and 24-Hour Payout Add-Ons)

One Step Walker and Two Step Crawler: the first withdrawal can be requested 14 days after first_trade_date, then 14 days after your previous withdrawal request.
With the 7-day payout add-on, the wait is 7 days. Accounts bought with the former 24-Hour Payout add-on keep a 24-hour wait; that add-on is no longer sold.
Instant Standard and BNPL have no waiting period. Processing (within 24 business hours once approved) and the other eligibility checks still apply.

🔑 Important Notes

• Only realized profits are eligible for withdrawal
• Unrealized or floating profits are not counted
• All calculations are based on balance and equity at the time of withdrawal request
• Funded Ocean may delay or deny withdrawals for compliance review

📝 Final Important Notice

Many proprietary trading firms may:
• Perform detailed trade audits before approving withdrawals
• Delay or cancel payouts if suspicious or abusive behavior is detected
• Reset accounts or adjust conditions after withdrawals
• Permanently restrict traders after repeated violations

Funded Ocean rewards discipline, consistency, and rule compliance. Withdrawals and fee refunds are granted only to traders who demonstrate professional trading behavior over time and follow all the Funded Ocean Rules.
